You will play a key role in the meat department, responsible for butchery, product display, and customer interactions that make a difference.

Has several years of experience as a butcher or meat cutter
Is confident in their craft and has a strong focus on quality

Has an eye for sales and product presentation
Is responsible, detail-oriented, and a team player
Respects the ingredient and has a good economic mindset regarding waste and quality
